Job Location: 6021 Connection Drive, Irving, TX 75039. Required to work from Company Office (Irving, TX) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.

Responsibilities
Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Work closely with development teams to support and maintain platform application components. Work on support and deploy mission critical platform components. Automate deployments, customization and monitoring through various DevOps tools. Improve site reliability and stability of our PAAS platform. Performance Tuning, monitoring and maintaining fault tolerance infrastructure/network layers. Build and manage systems, infrastructure and applications through Automation. Involved in disaster Recovery design, maintenance and implementation of systems. Innovate and initiate change to newer DevOps methodologies. Maintain detailed documentation for AWS and Kubernetes configuration, procedures and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or one year of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Position also requires one year of experience in each of the following:

1. Use Kubernetes Deployment tool for automating the creation, packing, and configuration.
2. Use Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools to ensure monitoring and alerting are implemented for products/services following current guidelines.
3. Integrate and automate code into continuous integration and continuous deployments using Jenkins (CICD) pipelines.
4. Use AWS resources to deploy, configure and manage storage, network and security.
5. Document process and perform periodic system reviews to ensure compliance with standards and process using confluence documentation.

Required to work from Company Office (Irving, TX) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
