Our starting salary is in the 40,000 range. Our one "rookie" sales representative earned $75,000 to $80,000 in year 2025, while our 3 "tenured" sales representatives earned between $90,000 and $115,000 in year 2025. We are looking to hire one more!
The Bohman Agency in Charlotte, North Carolina, is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full Time Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our agency. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport-building, and time-management talents to ensure you are providing the best experience for your clients.

Responsibilities
- We have a robust Marketing Budget, to help you develop new business sales
- Complete insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Assist and process customer policy change requests.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
