We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Manager to join Coinbases Security Platform Engineering and drive Coinbase to achieve its mission of being the most trusted crypto platform. You will play a crucial role in tackling the most challenging problems in crypto custody and security : secrets management, risk management, insider threat, account take over, regulatory compliance, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Operations, to deliver solutions that push the boundaries and lead the industry in crypto security technology, creating measurable impacts in the security and user experience of our customers. Our security platforms are industry-leading and have resulted in multiple patents due to their cutting-edge technology.

What youll be doing (ie. job duties) :

• Define and build out Coinbases Security platform strategy that serves our businesses globally
• Own security platform products from conception to launch, ensuring desired impacts are achieved
• Stay up-to-date with onchain and security technologies and creatively bring innovation to security platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, operations, compliance, others, to develop and steer product roadmap
• Work closely with client teams and customers to raise business requirements
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with international counterparts and stakeholders across various time zones. This role requires flexibility in scheduling to ensure timely collaboration, support, and communication with counterparts in [EMEA]. Candidates should be prepared to adjust their working hours as necessary to accommodate global meetings, project deadlines, and critical business needs, while maintaining a high standard of performance.  Eastern Time Zone highly preferred.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range :

$207,485 $244,100 USD
