Our portfolio of products are leading the way to serve institutions through US and International Markets, custody solutions, crypto prime brokerage, and trusted infrastructure. Our Brokerage Product team is building the foundational infrastructure to power the future of investing for our customers. On this team, you will own the strategy and critical components at the heart of our brokerage offerings for usersfrom equities and options order routing and market data, to clearing, settlement, custody, and tokenizationto build a modern brokerage for traditional and crypto product offerings from the ground up. You will be responsible for creating a scalable and compliant platform, solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, finance, crypto, and regulation. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build and enhance products, and be empowered to work autonomously alongside a strong team to deliver material impact towards our success.

What you'll be doing:

• Own product development for our brokerage products, strategically expanding our core offerings and expanding into new offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to develop and execute against the product roadmap
• Launching zero to one new products for Coinbase users across existing and new brokerage domains
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and ensure we are building a best-in-class user experience
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision for our entire brokerage platform
• Clearly communicate plans, progress, benefits, and functionality internally to partners and executive leadership, and externally to our customers

What we look for in you:

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in regulated brokerage and FinTech
• Deep expertise in specific brokerage products (e.g., margin lending, options, alternative investments) and/or industry experience in core brokerage primitives (e.g., market structure, order routing, clearing and settlement, regulatory reporting)
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and evidence of the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior cross-functional partners
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to building a robust platform with reliability, scale, and risk mitigation at its core
• Ability to bridge complex brokerage systems and regulatory requirements with simple, intuitive user-facing products
• Demonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission

Nice to haves:

• Experience building products for retail investors and an appreciation for different user segments
• Direct experience working with brokerage infrastructure, such as clearing firms, market data providers, or order management systems

Pay Range: $207,485$244,100 USD
