We are seeking an exceptionally qualified Senior Structural Engineer to serve as Design Liaison and Project Manager. The selected professional will be responsible for coordinating critical design reviews by a multi-disciplined team of engineers and ensuring strict compliance with NJ Turnpike and NJDOT design criteria and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Function as the primary liaison between the client design teams and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee and manage all phases of the project from initial design conception through final construction maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Rigorously coordinate design reviews and ensure all designs meticulously adhere to NJ Turnpike standards.
  • Provide authoritative leadership to a multi-disciplined team of engineers offering expert guidance and support to maintain project integrity.
  • Develop implement and maintain comprehensive project schedules budgets and documentation with utmost precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

  • BA / BS plus eight years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 15 years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Experience with NJ Turnpike and NJDOT projects.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

    • Additional Information :

  • Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
  • Relocation is not available for this position.
