Position Overview : As a senior project manager at Henderson Engineers, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to our six market sectors, including Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue. Within each sector, we seamlessly integrate our engineering knowledge with the in-the-field experience of our sister company, Henderson Building Solutions , to deliver a client experience unlike any other in the industry. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and client experience.
• Manage the development of project proposals, contracts, and project budgets.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables, delegating as needed.
• Manage client service and project communication, maintaining proactive communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and financial expectations.
• Responsible for overall project performance.
• Manage and develop program contracts and project fee matrices.

• Define and manage project quality expectations.
• Ensure deliverables meet project objectives and quality expectations.
• Develop the scope of work and fees for complex projects to mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle.
• Serve as the primary project / program contact and brand ambassador.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and sub-consultants to ensure satisfaction with the project process and engineering work product, and that client views are managed toward the best solution.
• Anticipate and proactively resolves project-related conflict, balancing the interests of internal and external stakeholders and sharing lessons learned to improve overall client experience.
• Partner with sector and practice leadership to create and support business development strategies within their sector or practice.
• Direct the activities of project / program team members and oversee less experienced Project Managers as needed.

New York Salary Range : $129,722 - $194,583

Los Angeles Salary Range : $123,342 - $185,014

Denver Salary Range : $116,963 - $175,444

Philadelphia Salary Range : $116,963 - $175,444

Las Vegas Salary Range : $111,646 - $167,469
