A company is looking for a Senior Physician Recruiter to manage the physician and provider recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities Manage the physician recruitment process and develop strategic recruitment plans Maintain knowledge of practice markets and ensure competitive compensation plans Source candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline from initial contact to hiring Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university 7 or more years of related experience, or 20+ years of non-clinical recruiting experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tracking systems, preferably Bullhorn Understanding of medical specialties and local/regional communities Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
