We are one of the very few engineering firms in the country that designs and builds its own creations in the wireless sector. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T.
We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Bilingual (English Spanish) Construction Recruiter / Sourcer to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill the company's staffing needs, hourly and salary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, construction industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 a year plus generous commission. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
