Your responsibilities :

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT & tech consulting
  • Sourcing & headhunting top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, other platforms
  • Interviewing candidates, assessing their technical and soft skills
  • Collaborating with hiring managers & sales teams to understand hiring needs
  • Managing our ATS (Zoho Recruit) & candidate pipelines

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps)
  • Fluent Polish & English
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-driven approach to work
