Position : The Area Sales Manager will oversee membership growth and retention initiatives at two studios in Ann Arbor while working directly with the District Manager and two small sales teams. This position is hybrid and will be based in Ann Arbor MI.
Requirements :
- 2 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships retail private training and teacher training
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Must be solution-based and results oriented competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Professional punctual reliable and neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- College Degree Preferred but not required
