Key Responsibilities

Directly manage a sales team of 6-10 Account Executives

Oversee day-to-day operations, including recruitment, retention, and performance management

Collaborate with Finance on sales team P&L and operations forecasting

Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience in building and leading enterprise sales teams in the SaaS sector

10+ years of experience in direct and channel sales to enterprise accounts

Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to IT Ops and / or DevOps leaders

Relevant experience in IT systems or enterprise infrastructure management

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus
