Senior software engineer [h1.location_city]

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies and architectural patterns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Infrastructure Engineering teams to ensure all solutions meet or exceed BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee standards. You will also work with business stakeholders and Cloud Architects to identify and implement top-tier cloud-based application solutions. Proficiency in OpenShift and Azure is preferred, but experience with other cloud engineering platforms will also be considered.

In addition to the required qualifications, you will be a great match for this role if you have :

• Experience with OpenShift for container orchestration and management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Proficiency in React for front-end development.
• Experience with Node.js for back-end development.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

Note : This role will require monthly on-call rotation.
