Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems for message delivery across various channels
Proactively design solutions to support growth and compliance requirements of the messaging platform
Provide technical leadership and mentorship while improving system observability and performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on distributed systems
Experience with backend systems in Java, Python, or Go
Deep understanding of messaging or event-driven architectures
Proven track record of architecting scalable systems and maintaining reliable production services
Familiarity with frontend development using Typescript / React is a plus
