Role Overview
The Senior Pharmacy Systems & Operations Lead is responsible for owning Pharmacy Management System (PMS) execution and operational scale within a high-volume mail-order pharmacy environment. This role directly impacts throughput, cost per order, provider workflows, and platform scalability.
The ideal candidate understands how telehealth prescribing, digital demand, and clinic workflows translate into real-world pharmacy execution and can operationalize that through strong systems design and process optimization.
