Make the world’s most advanced SDA O&I / GMI even smarter by supporting the SDA team as a PWSA Enterprise Level Engineer. The Ground Management and Integration (GMI) program is part of the PWSA program. It continues the Ground Segment work underway on the Tranche 1 (T1) Operations and Integration (O&I) program.
Responsibilities :
- As a Systems Engineer for the SDA GMI program, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and deploying state-of-the-art ground operational systems. Your contributions will be vital to the success and innovation of the program.

Ground system design or scheduling knowledgeTracking mission design knowledgeSatellite communications knowledgeGround to satellite communication knowledge
Experience with system / software design for cloud-based microservice architectureKnowledge of networking concepts and protocols (., TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP)Familiarity with operating systems (., Linux, Windows)Experience with virtualization technologies (., VMware, Hyper-V)
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologiesExperience with systems design, integration, and validationProficiency in requirements analysis and system architecture design
