We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Accountant & Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of U.S. tax preparation and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The ideal candidate will handle daily bookkeeping tasks while also preparing accurate and compliant U.S. tax filings. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities efficiently.
Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for individuals or businesses using QuickBooks Online.
- Record and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Handle AP / AR, invoicing, billing, and payroll entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Maintain organized digital financial records for easy review and audits.
