About the team :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help build and shape Angi's tax function following our recent spin-off. The Senior Analyst will play a key role across all aspects of Angi's income tax landscape.

What you'll do :

  • Quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740 including :
  • Calculating the tax provision under ASC 740
  • Gathering inputs from accounting and finance stakeholders
  • Assisting with questions from external auditors
  • Preparation of management reporting summaries
  • Preparation of the SEC disclosures
  • US Tax compliance management :
  • Working with third party service providers to facilitate the US income tax returns
  • Gathering PBC requests for third party preparers
  • Reviewing tax returns prepared by third party
  • Reviewing and managing quarterly estimated tax payments
  • General tax items :
  • Cash tax forecasting
  • Research new income tax laws applicable to Angi
  • Review foreign income tax returns for return to provision adjustments
  • Ad hoc income tax related projects

    • Who you are :

  • 4+ years of work experience in corporate income tax (Big 4 experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • CPA or Masters Degree in Account / Tax
  • Corptax experience preferred

    Compensation & Benefits :

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
