On-Site | Full-Time | Large Hospitality Group
A leading hospitality organization based in Doral is seeking an experienced Technical Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This role will focus on complex accounting matters, technical research, and supporting financial reporting across a large, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and interpret US GAAP and accounting standards; prepare technical accounting memos
- Support complex accounting areas including revenue recognition, lease accounting, consolidations, and business combinations
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes related to technical areas
- Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Operations to ensure proper accounting treatment
- Support internal and external audits by preparing technical documentation and support schedules
- Assist with implementation of new accounting standards and process improvements
- Ensure consistency in accounting policies across multiple entities
