A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Temp) to create and enhance documentation within the Customer Advisory Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain Help Center content, including user guides and troubleshooting articles
Communicate complex concepts in an engaging and easily understood manner for various audiences
Organize and structure Help Center content for improved navigation and user experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical writing experience in a SaaS environment
Experience managing an end-to-end documentation creation process
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity confidently
Experience with content creation in multiple mediums, including infographics
Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred
