Vice President, Corporate Functions & Global Rewards - Carmel, IN (Hybrid)

Overview :

The Vice President, Corporate Functions & Global Rewards will lead the global strategy and execution of broad-based and executive compensation and benefits, while also serving as a strategic partner to the corporate functions of HR, Finance, and Legal. This leader will align total rewards with business strategy, drive organizational capability, leadership development, succession, and performance management, and partner with the ELT to enable transformational change. The role requires a hands-on, data-driven leader with a proven track record of innovative rewards programs and strategic HR initiatives in a complex, matrix environment. This individual will be a trusted advisor to the CHRO and ELT, and a quarterback for global compensation and benefits and HR programs that enable business growth, culture evolution, and high performance.

What You Will Do :

  • Lead HR strategy for corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal) by partnering with functional leaders to set strategic direction, forecast talent needs, and design programs that support business objectives.
  • Lead and shape the vision for compensation and incentives globally, partnering with HR leadership and the CHRO to support the HR agenda and business objectives; diagnose challenges, evaluate options, and implement best-fit, cost-aware solutions that attract, reward, and retain key talent
  • Oversight of the US benefits strategy to ensure employee health and wellness is prioritized while balancing cost with business goals. Ensure consistent philosophies are applied to global businesses with discretionary benefit offerings.
  • Collaborate with the board’s executive compensation consultants and Director, Executive Compensation to review executive compensation matters; prepare analyses, materials, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness activities including leadership reviews, succession planning, organizational design, and performance management; enable leaders with development opportunities to meet current and future performance standards.
  • Design and deploy long-term people strategies aligned with the strategic agenda; foster a leadership and coaching culture, and ensure leaders are equipped to drive transformational change.
  • Provide expert coaching and advisory support to leaders; ensure HR solutions are aligned with internal client needs and external workforce trends.
  • Maintain thought leadership on external HR practices, technologies, and workforce trends; share best practices across HRLT.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives and projects per the annual HR operational plan; drive continuous improvement using data and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Build strong partnerships with the Executive Leadership Team, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and third-party vendors; ensure alignment and governance across programs.
  • Be a credible coach and confidante to ELT members and other senior leaders, guiding strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources of similiar, required
  • 10+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in a global, corporate environment
  • Experience in a matrix organization
  • Proven track record of innovative rewards programs and strategic HR initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams
  • 5-8 year's experience of direct people management
