Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all service offerings, maintaining the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and ethical business environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, board members, key stakeholders, and partners. Enhance and protect the company's brand reputation through effective marketing, public relations, and community engagement strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a President, COO, CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the health and wellness industry, preferably in the fitness, massage, or waxing sectors. Experience with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable. Strong strategic thinking and business development skills. Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
