A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Operations to oversee core operational functions and provide strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in collaboration with the CEO
Manage teams responsible for HR, technology, finance, and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience with operational and financial management responsibilities
Expertise in strategic planning, organizational growth, and cross-functional leadership
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Experience in the charter school sector, education advocacy, or nonprofit leadership is preferred
