We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance . The SVP of Finance will lead our financial strategy and planning. This role partners closely with the CFO, senior leaders, and accounting and finance teams to drive sustainable growth, improve financial performance, and support long-term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial leadership and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

You :

• Knowledge and expertise with performing high level mathematics, and understanding high level accounting and budgeting. This includes ROI, sensitivity, and cost of capital analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel and ability to manipulate large quantities of data such as RX files with a million prescriptions and hundreds of records / fields per RX file.
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading large cross-functional teams.
• Proven process development and change management experience.
• Ability to support and influence senior leaders across the enterprise.
• Strategic thinker able to help plan business growth and development.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams and form partnerships to complete projects.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have expert knowledge of Excel and the ability to manipulate large quantities of data
• Bachelor of Science in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Ten (10) or more years of accounting / finance experience.
• FP&A experience required.
• MBA preferred
• CPA preferred
• Travel- less than 10%
• This position may require you to drive a company vehicle or a personal vehicle on behalf of the company therefore, the incumbent must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence and active motor vehicle insurance.
