We are looking for a strong SEO leader who can drive organic growth for our domestic sites. As an SEO Manager, you will lead a small SEO team, working closely to ideate and execute revenue-driving organic initiatives. This is a strategic and high-visibility role where you'll collaborate with colleagues and senior executives across the company. Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead planning and execution of enterprise SEO strategy and roadmap.
- Manage, develop, and mentor a team of SEO experts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Content, Dev, Product, and Digital PR.
- Own portal-specific SEO performance KPIs.
- Analyze and report SEO performance to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure top-tier technical SEO, including crawl, indexation, and structured data coverage.
- Oversee programmatic content strategy targeting multiple high-impact intent pillars.
- Conduct and evaluate SEO and UX experiments.
- Guide Press and brand-building specialists.

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
