RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service, guided by each guest’s preferences and cues.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of our food and drink menu and confidently recommends, upsells, and supports guests’ order selections.

Prepares food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.

Ensures accurate guest orders to deliver a satisfying experience. Busses tables, delivers food and beverages, and ensures every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers.

Strong commitment to high standards in food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation.

Handles cash and credit transactions accurately.

Supports all areas of the restaurant as needed, reflecting the teamwork expected of every Outbacker.

REQUIREMENTS :

Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.

Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.

Able to work in hot and cold environments.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping.

Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems.

Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Visual ability to include distance, closeness, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.

Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
