SUMMARY
We are currently seeking both full time & part time servers. Jolie focuses heavily on contemporary and classic cocktails, spirits and wine. Our ideal candidate has a passion for food, spirits and wine; excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with the guests. Jolie servers are expected to have a deep understanding of the menu, including the ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.

CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
- A team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Mindfully serve alcoholic beverages with a keen sense of judgment
- Establish consistent communication with FOH, BOH, the beverage team, and management
- Provide attentive service while anticipating needs
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- Build and maintain good rapport with regular customers
- Offer menu insight and recommendations when appropriate
- Properly input guest orders through the POS system.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the menu offerings.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required. Minimum 1 year previous experience as a server. Minimum 2 years previous experience in a fast-paced bar and / or restaurant. Additional hotel and / or restaurant experience preferred. Must have any legally required serving certifications, if applicable. Additional certifications (ServSafe, TiPS, etc.) preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The typical environment is a bar atmosphere with ambient room temperatures, ambient lighting, and common bar equipment. Lift / carry 25lbs (frequently) and 50lbs (occasionally)
