Service Advisor Join the Team at Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn! Location: Auburn, WA | Full-Time | Great Benefits | Family-Owned Dealership Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $100,000.00 - $150,000.00; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty) in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3.75% commissions of individual gross profit on parts Warranty individual gross profit in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership's monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.
