ARE YOU A PEOPLE PERSON?  Century III Kia is proud to announce we are seeking full time automotive Service Advisor to join our winning team.We are a family owned and operated business and provide an excellent high paced work enviroment.

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid U.S drivers license.
  • Must be reliable
  • Minimum one year Customer Service experience required.
  • Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.
  • Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
  • CDK Drive experience helpful.
  • Professional appearance and attitude required.

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Responsibilities

  • Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
  • Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
  • Abiltiy to perform Multi Point Inspection
  • Report to Management for additional job duties.
  • Nights and Saturdays Required
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Greet and write customer up in a timely manner.
  • Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines,
  • Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed
  • Ability to communicate affectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
