Automotive Service Advisor / Manager
We are searching for an experienced service advisor, with experience in an independent auto repair shop, that can provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service and help our customers feel comfortable that the money they are spending is an investment in their vehicle. We do things a little differently at our shop, and are looking for individuals that have a passion for customer service and providing a next level experience to our customers. We strive to provide the highest caliber of service in the industry!
This role is vital to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting, and selling, to customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians.

Applicants must have a professional appearance, an extremely positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an understanding that we are a team and depend on each other to succeed and grow. You also must be great with customers, motivated, and honest. The ability to retain information and build relationships with technicians are key to being successful.
Pay plan will vary based on ability and experience. If you are the one we are looking for, you will be compensated well.
