At Gordie's Auto & Tire, our commitment to exceptional customer service sets us apart, and we are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to enhance our customer experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the best automotive services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and clearly communicate the recommended repairs and maintenance.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the daily workflow of the service department.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure clarity on repairs and service timelines.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and automotive management software.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers get the most out of their vehicles.
