About This Role

Togetherworkis seeking a Delivery Manager to drive execution across high-priority initiatives within the Product & Strategy this role you will act as the connective link between strategic direction and operational delivery ensuring initiatives move forward with clarity discipline and measurable results.

You will partner closely with Product Engineering Marketing Design and Operations to track progress surface risks earlyfacilitatecross-functional alignment and provide leadership with the visibility needed to make informed decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in structured execution excels at communication and can bring order to complex initiatives.

We embrace innovation in the responsible use of AI. Delivery Managers are expected to lead by example using AI-driven tools and insights to improve predictability risk management and reporting accuracy.

What Youll Do

  • Manage cross-functional delivery for strategic initiatives from concept through launch
  • Maintaindetailed delivery plans schedule milestones and track interdependencies
  • Identifyrisks early and drive mitigation planning and communication across teams
  • Lead delivery reviews to ensure leadership visibility and alignment to roadmap priorities
  • Build andmaintaindashboards reports and delivery metrics for leadership consumption
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to ensure predictable execution
  • Coordinate go-to-market readiness and conduct post-launch retrospectives
  • Support portfolio-level reporting and KPI tracking for the Product & Strategy Leader
  • Ensure customer-centric outcomes by partnering with customer-facing teams and reinforcing transparent communication

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years of delivery management project management or program operations experience in SaaS or technology environments
  • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with precision
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience using AI-driven tools and data insights to enhance delivery outcomes
  • Proficiencywith Aha Jira Confluence Salesforce Smartsheet or similar tools
  • Examples of using AI to improve efficiencyidentifypatterns or enhance reporting
  • Exceptional organizational skills proactive ownership and stakeholder alignmentexpertise
  • Ability to drive clarity within ambiguity and foster cross-functional collaboration
