Insight Global is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join a lean IT team in Arlington, VA. The immediate need is to deploy and image laptops, support users across two locations, and drive improvements in customer service and mobile device management. The role is onsite during the contract period, with potential for hybrid flexibility upon conversion. This is slated as a 3–6-month contract-to-hire full-time position.

Work Environment & Schedule
Compensation : $35 / hr to $43 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
