We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Manager to join a well-established and growing automotive transmission and repair shop .

Ideal candidates will have :

  • Proven sales experience in automotive and transmission services

Our shop offers a strong workplace culture , weekends off , and a supportive environment focused on teamwork and long-term growth. We specialize in automotive transmission diagnostics, repair, and maintenance , while also providing full-service automotive repair. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship , fast turnaround times , and friendly, customer-focused service .

Responsibilities include :

  • Communicating with customers to understand vehicle and transmission-related concerns
  • Providing accurate estimates for transmission repairs, rebuilds, and general automotive services
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
  • Recommending additional transmission services, maintenance, or related repairs when appropriate
  • Maintaining detailed service records, including repairs, parts, and customer interactions
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire service process
