A company is looking for a Service Desk Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues related to hardware and software applications
Log technical issues in the ticketing system and ensure accurate documentation of client environments
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Strong troubleshooting skills with computers, printers, and cloud services
Experience with Active Directory and M365 administration
Familiarity with Windows OS and remote access technologies
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Citrix Certified Associate are highly desirable
