FLSA Status and Hours : This is a part-time, remote position with occasional onsite support required at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Hours are Saturdays & Sundays, 11 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM.

Position Overview : As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first-level technical support for all issues reported to the service desk. This includes troubleshooting computers and printers, creating tickets, and delivering essential IT support. While the role is mainly remote, occasionally you will be required to support the help desk staff onsite atReno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO).

Minimum Qualifications :

• Knowledge of MS Windows and Windows-based software.
• Thorough knowledge of computer hardware diagnostics and repair.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment with professional etiquette.
