Plumbing Service Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Department Manager to lead and oversee all operations of our plumbing division. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality workmanship, strong team leadership, and consistent achievement of revenue and profitability goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep residential plumbing experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department, ensuring exceptional service quality and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plumbers, promoting accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Establish, track, and achieve departmental goals related to revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth
- Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maximize productivity
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve performance and margins
- Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies
