A company is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to support employees by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Support the End User Technology environment across various applications and hardware (Windows & Mac)
Respond to IT service requests from employees via chat, phone, email, or ticketing system
Administer endpoint management solutions and maintain IT equipment and software in alignment with company standards
Required Qualifications
4 years of IT Service Desk experience
Technical proficiency in Microsoft and Mac desktop and network support
Experience with endpoint device management solutions (JAMF, Intune)
Familiarity with IT service management tools and best practices (ITIL)
Basic scripting knowledge; certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, ITIL, and Microsoft 365 are a plus
