Complete accurate documentation of work performed and materials used. Participate in continuous training and stay current on industry best practices. 21 years or older Valid driver's license Clear background check & pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) Prior experience as an HVAC service technician preferred Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude EPA Certification required Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills 8- to 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed Year-round work Bonus opportunities Commission pay
