[job_card.job_description]Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings. Work efficiently to service the customers in a timely fashion, prioritizing safety always. Vacuum and sanitize interior of vehicle and clean windshield when vehicle enters. Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires following J Team Service Standards (JTSS). Perform automotive maintenance of the engine, transmission, axles, steering and suspension, brakes, electrical, heating / air conditioning, tires, batteries, and spark plugs. Perform multi-point Inspection of automotive vehicles to ensure compliance to emission standards and governmental regulations and maintain detailed records of vehicles inspected as needed. Participate in regular on-site and e-learning training, and maintain compliance with Jiffy Lube safety requirements, OSHA, and state regulations. Participate in marketing events and promotions. Keep customer, inventory, and service records and participate in inventory stocking. Perform housekeeping / minor building maintenance. Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals. Other duties as assigned by management. Dedication to following safety policies and procedures. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job. Willingness to undergo on the job training and a growth mindset. Ability to stand for an extended period of time. Ability to lift over 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs. Comfortable working in an enclosed and / or semi-outdoor environment. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. All levels of automotive service and repair experience considered. Valid Driver's License strongly preferred. State Motor Vehicle Inspector License preferred. Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Keen listening and reasoning skills to capture guests' product needs. Confident in overcoming objections and not afraid of rejection. An energetic and positive attitude that is welcoming to guests. A teamwork mentality. Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
