Industrial Sewer / Entry-Level Machine Operator

Location: Greensboro, NC

Experience Level: Entry Level – Will Train

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Sewers / Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, reliable, and interested in learning industrial sewing and machine operation in a manufacturing environment.

No prior industrial sewing experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor industrial sewing or production machines to ensure proper operation
  • Feed materials into machines accurately and consistently
  • Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Read and take basic measurements using rulers, tapes, or gauges as required
  • Separate defective items from acceptable products
  • Identify machine issues and notify supervisors when adjustments are needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read and take accurate measurements
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn machine operation and quality inspection processes
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Previous manufacturing, sewing, or machine operator experience
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with product inspection or quality control
