Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code). Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Ability to reliably commute to work location CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)

- Monitor machine operations during production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Engage with team members and leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
