- Shift - 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Thurs)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)
- Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fri–Sun)
Job Description
The Production Line Lead oversees the day‑to‑day operation of a manufacturing line, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, and staffing requirements are met. This role leads and trains production employees, coordinates line changeovers, troubleshoots issues, applies lean manufacturing principles, and supports continuous improvement efforts while still operating equipment alongside the team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of manufacturing experience
1+ year of leadership or training experience in manufacturing
Strong understanding of production flow and line balance
Mechanical aptitude with fast‑paced equipment
Intermediate math and data‑tracking skills
Ability to train, delegate, and problem‑solve in real time
Experience with lean manufacturing principles (preferred)
AS400, RF gun, and computer system experience (preferred)

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
