Job Description

Looking to grow your skills using at least one year of shipping and inventory experience? This Shipping and Receiving Associate role with an aerospace manufacturer may be a great opportunity for you. For over 30 years, this company has been designing, testing, and manufacturing composite products used in the aerospace industry. They foster a fun, employee-centric, and safety-minded culture, offering team events and an employee recognition program that celebrates great work.

This is a full-time opportunity where you will support shipping and receiving operations that play a key role in the company’s daily production flow. It is an excellent role for someone who wants to start a long-term career in aerospace and enjoys a hands-on, structured work environment.

Shipping and Receiving Associate Duties :

Record shipment information in internal systems

Create shipping documents and labels

Pull orders and manage inventory

Package and label shipments

Operate a forklift to load trucks as needed

Schedule : Day Shift

Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.

Overtime available

Pay :  $21.00–$23.00 per hour

No shift differentials listed

Shipping and Receiving Associate Requirements :

Ability to meet ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Computer skills including Microsoft Office

Experience using ERP or inventory systems

At least one year of inventory or shipping experience

Forklift experience is helpful (company will certify on site)
