Summary / Objectives

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for pulling and shipping toner and supplies to our customers in a timely and accurate manner. They will check in supply orders that are shipped in via UPS / FedEx and check in supply orders via freight delivery. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will stock our shelves or put items in our overstock area.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare and package items for shipment
  • Create shipping labels and documentation
  • Pulling and shipping supply orders
  • Receiving supplies and stocking shelves
  • Checking returned supplies and putting on the shelf
  • Monthly supply inventory and cleaning warehouse / workstations
  • Restocking work area of shipping supplies, restocking shelves, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness

    Work Environment

    This position operates in a warehouse, and temperatures can vary from extremely cold to extremely hot.

    This position frequently uses mailing supplies such as boxing materials, tape guns, and box cutters.
