Shipping Coordinator- Farmingdale, NY

• Prepare domestic and international courier airbills for transport through the various courier systems.*
• Prepare Customs documentation for international shipments.*
• Enter shipment information to ICON ERP system.*
• Ensure all packaging presented for transport is in compliance with DOT and IATA standards.*
• Package shipments as necessary.
• Maintain daily shipping records.
• Receive deliveries as necessary.
• Report inventory levels for supplies utilized by the Logistics team.
• Delivery to Customers: Delivers high quality standards and strives for excellence; Acts in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to customer needs.
• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

What you need:
We are looking for 2+ years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator. If you have experience in International Shipments that is preferred. Must have experience using Excel.

Salary range: $42,600.00-$53,250.00
