Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent - Required

Quality Inspection Experience (2 to 4 years) Strongly Preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment - Required.

Excellent reading and writing skills to be able to interpret customer requirements and technical information are required.

Experience working with ERP system is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Understanding of quality control principles and procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities :

A Quality Shipping Administrator is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of a company's shipping process, ensuring all shipments adhere to established quality standards, including accurate documentation, proper packaging, and timely delivery, while maintaining detailed records and collaborating with various departments to address any quality concerns that may arise during the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct pre-shipment quality checks to verify product integrity, compliance with specifications, and correct labeling before packaging and shipping.

Ensure customer shipment meets all requirements as stated in Contract Review.

Monitor and investigate any quality issues reported during shipping, coordinating with production and quality control teams to implement corrective actions.

Maintain detailed documentation of quality checks, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.

Assisting with customer inquiries regarding shipping status and address any concerns related to quality issues.

Collaborate with customer service team to provide accurate shipping information.

Files electronic data on server and maintains accurate and orderly certification files in QA.

Assists the lead Inspector and department manager as needed.

How long is the assignment expected to last Will there be a possibility of an extension for this role or is this a temp- to -perm Minimum of 6 weeks then to be evaluated.

Can I confirm a must have would be a candidate with recent experience minimum 2 years Would a person with less experience be considered . The description states 2-4 years of Quality experience is strongly preferred. This is the ideal candidate.

What would the interview process look like Onsite with the hiring manager.

Candidate must be flexible to support in other areas of production and quality when workload requires.
