Job descriptionWe have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Shipping Coordinator to join a leading Company located in the Fullerton, CA surrounding area. Pay Rate: $24 Responsibilities : Organize and manage daily shipping schedules and customer shipping lists Track shipments and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping Prepare and verify shipping paperwork (packing slips, invoices, export docs, etc.) Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight providers) for pickups and deliveries Communicate with internal teams (production, inventory, finance, quality) to ensure on-time shipments Process shipments and invoices in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies Maintain proof-of-delivery, shipment logs, and audit-ready records Operational / Hands-On Duties Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments when needed Provide the warehouse team with instructions and documentation for loading trucks Support inventory tasks, including stock pulling and physical inventory counts Basic Hiring Criteria : High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and coordination skills Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and shipping software Knowledge of aerospace compliance (traceability, export controls) is a plus Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
