Rare opportunity to join our tenured service team as a flat rate Main Shop Technician. Pay : $37.00 - $42.00 per hour, flat rate depending on Toyota Certification status.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ability to perform skilled repair work on automotive equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and operating problems in automotive equipment
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Estimate cost of repairs
• Document services performed
• Follow “Fix It Right the First Time” standards, ensuring quality repairs and cleanliness of vehicles
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
• Advance / maintain ASE standards
• Request necessary parts
• Follow safeguard rules and regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
