Wage : $20.00 / Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
  • Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
  • Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
  • Conduct patrols inside and outside large client facility in various weather conditions.
  • Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
  • Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain and communicate detailed reports incident documentation and daily activity logs.
  • Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage 24 / 7.

    • Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior supervisor experience a plus!
  • Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
  • Must be able to manage a 24 / 7 schedule of all security personnel on site.
  • Excellent communication team building and coaching / training skills needed.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to conduct long patrols and respond promptly to situations.
  • Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screen process including drug screen and background investigation.
