The Non-Skilled Home Health Agency Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a non-skilled home health agency. This role includes supervising home health aides coordinating care and ensuring that all services meet federal state and local regulatory requirements. The supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality compassionate and consistent care in their homes.

Staff Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and manage a team of home health aides
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive orientation and training program for new hires
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by home health aides

This position is for Willis Health Care Inc. an affiliated and partnered company of Willis Counseling & Consulting (WCC). Employment for this role is exclusively with Willis Health Care and is separate from clinical or administrative roles within WCC. All hiring onboarding supervision and operational responsibilities for this role belong solely to Willis Health Care.
